Best Classic Spider Solitaire

Build eight complete same-suit runs from King to Ace across a ten-column Spider Solitaire tableau with selectable difficulty.

Best Classic Spider Solitaire uses two decks and the familiar ten-column tableau. The objective is to assemble eight complete suited sequences running from King down to Ace. One-suit play is the most approachable, while two- and four-suit settings demand much more careful organisation.

How to play Spider Solitaire

Drag a card onto one rank higher regardless of suit, but remember that only ordered cards of the same suit can move together as a group. Empty columns create valuable working space. When no productive move remains, deal a new row from the stock, provided the tableau has no empty column.

Solitaire tips

  • Reveal face-down cards before polishing already open sequences.
  • Protect empty columns for rearranging long runs.
  • Avoid dealing a new row until all useful moves are exhausted.
