Tomb Runner

Tomb Runner is a 3D endless runner where an explorer named Professor Jones sprints along ancient paths. You steer him left and right, make him jump over gaps and slide under obstacles, and gather coins and gems for as long as you survive.

The game draws on Temple Run and Subway Surfers and was developed by Agame. Stages run through temples, jungle landscapes, rickety bridges and subways, and special powers appear along the route. Agame describes it as a collect-and-run game where the treasure hunter dashes down centuries-old stone pathways, leaps over huge gaps and crosses rickety bridges. Coins and gems let you unlock other characters, including Lara Bones, a Mummy, Agent 99 and a Disco Dancer.

How to play Tomb Runner

Everything is done with the arrow keys, and the character runs forward by himself.

• Press the left and right arrows to move sideways.
• Press the up arrow to jump over gaps and low obstacles.
• Press the down arrow to slide under barriers.
• Collect coins, gems and powers while keeping the run going.

Tips for Tomb Runner

• Look two or three obstacles ahead, since jumping and sliding decisions come quickly in a row.
• Prioritise staying alive over collecting a coin on a risky lane.
• Slide beneath overhead obstacles instead of trying to jump them.
• Use special powers when the path gets crowded, not at the very start.
• Save up for the new characters; each one looks different from the starting explorer.
